Being afraid to be yourself ultimately hinders your performance. It was only when I was true to myself that I was able to be my best both on and off of the water. I am extremely honored to be an Athlete Ally Ambassador championing LGTBQ+ equality in sports so that every athlete can perform at their peak as their authentic and unapologetic selves.
