Every year, Athlete Ally brings together the people proving that sports can change the world: LGBTQIA+ athletes, fierce allies, and organizations putting inclusion into action, not just words.
We are living through an unprecedented moment for LGBTQIA+ rights in sports. Talk is not enough anymore. Allyship has to show up as action. And in a time when so much is pulling us apart, sports still have the power to bring us together.
The Action Awards are our yearly proof of that, a reminder that the smart bet is always on the team playing for something bigger than a trophy. Picture a room of 300+ people who all showed up for the same reason: honorees who have changed the game, celebrity athletes, powerful speakers, and performances you will be talking about for weeks. Add a high-energy silent auction and a room full of people and brands who share your commitment to equality, and you have a night unlike anything else on the calendar.
